		<description><![CDATA[We tried a thing for a little while where we turned away from the &quot;audience&quot; and we all faced the same way (toward God? toward the screen?) just to see if it would possibly take people&#039;s minds off of us as &quot;performers.&quot; I don&#039;t think it really worked. At all. It was a little helpful for us as musicians/lead worshipers in that it took the added stress of being concerned with the response or lack thereof from the congregation, BUT as you have said, that makes it kinda impossible to respond to their response. 

I think I am going to can that. What I am trying now is an attempt to de-emphasize the musicians by lighting for mood and silhouetting somewhat. I like the &quot;idea&quot; of the other, but most of the musicians on my team just ended up facing me anyway to look for musical cues, so it ended up looking like everyone was worshiping me. That was counter-productive, methinks.]]></description>
